Privacy Policy

BrainRoll uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect scroll gestures inside short-form video feeds (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Snapchat Spotlight). The app records only a running tally of gesture events — it does not read, store or transmit the content of any screen.

• Daily scroll-event count (one integer per day)
• A randomly-generated anonymous device ID (no PII)
• Recovery score derived from your own count history
• Battle results (win / lose / tie per day)

• Financial Credentials: We never collect, process, or store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, bank accounts or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors (Google Play Billing).
• Content of any screen, post, caption or URL
• Your name, email, phone number or social accounts
• Location or IP address beyond standard server logs
• Contacts or social graph
• Advertising identifiers (GAID)
• Per-app activity or per-event timestamps

The anonymous daily count is used exclusively to:

• Power head to head battle comparisons with friends you invite
• Compute leaderboard positions in weekly races
• Track your own recovery score over time
• Validate digital feature entitlements and active subscription status
• Maintain statutory financial receipts and prevent fraudulent payment abuse

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

Battle and count data is retained on our servers for up to 90 days to support weekly race history and recovery trend calculations.

Financial purchase tokens and order references are retained for the minimum duration required by applicable commercial accounting and tax compliance laws (up to 7 years).

You can request complete deletion of your battle records and server identifiers at any time by submitting our Account Deletion Form or by emailing contact@ekaai.tech.

BrainRoll requests Accessibility Service access solely to count scroll gestures in short-form video apps. In compliance with Google's Accessibility Service policy, we do not:

• Read or intercept text input fields
• Capture screen content or screenshots
• Interact with or automate any other app

You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Accessibility without losing your local history.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest on our servers is stored in encrypted databases. Your on-device count history is stored in local SQLite and never leaves the device unless battles are enabled.

To process in-app payments and verify subscription licenses, we partner with verified payment platforms:

• Google Play Billing: Handles in-app subscriptions and microtransactions on Android devices under Google's Privacy Policy.

BrainRoll is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and data has been collected, contact us immediately at contact@ekaai.tech.

We will post any material changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of BrainRoll after changes constitutes acceptance.
